Ashley and Ryan were extremely professional and good to work with. I hired them to clean our grout and when I had... questions after the first treatment they came back and addressed my concerns. My grout had some discoloration and unevenness, which made it look dirty where it wasn’t even after the treatment. When I brought it up to Ryan he was very understanding and suggested that we do another treatment (free of charge) and polish the parts that are uneven. Very happy with the results and would recommend these guys to anyone, because they stand behind their work a 100%.read more

We just had Extreme Steam Cleaning Services come and do out carpets and tile today. This is the second time we have... used them and they did a fantastic job of cleaning and sanitizing our floors. They got out some tough stains (including pet stains) and took extra measures to protect our corners and furniture from being damaged by the hoses.read more

Not only did they do a great job on three rooms of carpet, they also did an area rug and the grout in the tile in my... hallway. I’ve always liked steam cleaning better then chemical. Ryan and Ashley showed up on time and did an awesome job. Their knowledge of stain removal on different types of carpet is amazing. they were able to answer all my questions that other chain companies would stumble on. I purchased my home in 1992 and have hired many carpet cleaning companies over the past 29 years. I’ve used them three times now and plan to use them many more. In a later job, they clean the couch and some upholstered bar stools & kitchen chairs. You just can’t beat their prices or quality of workmanship. Sidenote: I had a make up stain on the carpet by our vanity that my GF couldn’t get out. Instead of trying to charge me and talk me into doing the whole room, Ashley ducked in there and that stubborn stain was gone. No charge! You got a love that! Try them, you won’t regret itread more
